Late Cancellation/No-Show Fees:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged a fee of 100% of the service price.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is possible (subject to availability) without a fee if done at least 72 hours before your booking date.

Exceptions:

In cases of genuine emergencies or illness, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
